Just Surviving?
It doesn't have to stay this way.
Mission Statement
I help high-achieving women rebuild their nervous systems after burnout, workplace trauma, and serious illness - using breathwork, coaching, and sound healing grounded in real lived experience.
At Satori Wellness, I'm dedicated to holding space for women as they navigate life's most challenging situations - with compassion, patience, and no judgment.
Together we'll work toward a life that feels like yours again — one where you feel steady, clear, and genuinely well. You don't have to figure this out alone.
If any of this sounds familiar, a free discovery call is a good place to start.

ABOUT
There are experiences that change everything - not gradually, but in ways that force a complete reckoning with who you are and what your body has been carrying.
For me, that was a diagnosis of stage 3 aggressive breast cancer. And separately, years working in an environment of sustained bullying and exclusion at a senior level - while continuing to perform, meet targets, and appear completely fine on the outside.
What made this harder still was navigating perimenopause at the same time - a transition that is widely misunderstood in this region and rarely spoken about openly. The brain fog, the anxiety, the physical changes - in a hostile environment, these became things that were used against me rather than understood.

I know what it means to sit in meetings, manage teams, and maintain a professional exterior while something is quietly dismantling you from the inside. I know the physical toll of sustained stress that has nowhere to go. The sleeplessness. The anxiety. The way your body starts communicating what your mind refuses to acknowledge. I know what it costs - emotionally, physically, and mentally - to survive in an environment that is working against you, with no visible end in sight.
I also know what real recovery looks like. Not the version that gets posted online - the actual one. Slow, non-linear, and requiring tools that work at the level of the body, not just the mind.
That's what I built. Not from a textbook - from necessity.
Today I work with women living versions of what I survived. Women still performing brilliantly while privately breaking down. Women whose bodies are sending signals they don't yet know how to read. Women who have been through things that left marks nobody else can see.
I know this territory from the inside. That's what qualifies me to help you navigate it.
